January 3, 2016 – Updated –

Thank you!! We have exceeded our goal twice thanks to the amazing support of our donors. We will continue to accept donations for this program, so let’s continue to support the future of children in Bolivia and Mali.

Can you imagine what it would be like to study without basic supplies?

In 2015, Hands Across the Nations partnered with the remote village of Donneguela, Mali to complete the construction of a 3-room classroom. Wow! We are so excited that 170 girls and boys, who otherwise would not have access to formal education, will be enrolled in the winter of 2016 and that the Malian government will be supporting teachers at the school! The community is currently working hard to source blackboards and desks for the Grand Opening.

HATN also continues to support schools in the village of Mana in Mali and the villages of Quelcata, Santa Ana and Alegria in Bolivia.

Here is where YOU come in! This holiday season, Hands Across the Nations is collecting donations for local school supplies for 150 students in our schools in Mali and Bolivia so they can have a strong start for their education. This support means so much to families who struggle to afford even small expenses like notebooks and pencils.

The cost to sponsor one student with basic school supplies is only $10. Scroll down the page & click on “Make a Donation“. Or you can mail a cheque to our office. The mailing address is on our “Contact Us” page.

Consider sponsoring a child in both countries with a $20 donation!
